CPTR-254 | Unix Systems Administration

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the installation, management, and utilization of UNIX operating systems within the context of a business environment. Students will gain practical insights into the deployment of common UNIX tools for system support and administration, equipping them with the skills necessary to navigate and optimize UNIX-based infrastructures.

Due Dates

Labs

  • Labs are due at the end of the following lab assignment's first period
  • 10 points will be deducted for every week they are late; however, extensions may be granted if technical difficulties are encountered
  • There are no drops for lab assignments

Homework and Quizzes

  • Homework and quizzes will be due by 11:59 PM every Tuesday the week after they are assigned
  • Late work will not be accepted
  • Two of your lowest quiz grades will be dropped at the end of the semester
